If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange provided it is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and refunds will not be given until our warehouse receives the package. We therefore advise to use recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with all tags, cards and/or boxes they were received in. For a return, please fill out the Returns Form on your invoice. THIS MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN.
All items will be thoroughly checked by our warehouse and any items that are not in their original condition will be returned to you and a return cost will be charged.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note this can take an additional 7 days to show, depending on your card issuer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If your item is faulty, please notify us within the 14-day policy period. If you notify us outside of this period we will do our best to resolve the problem, however you may not be liable for an exchange or refund.
If you would like to exchange your order for an alternative size or colour, please state on the return form and ensure this is included in your return. If the desired exchange is not in stock, we will refund your order.
Please note, we can only offer exchanges on the same item in a different size or colour, for the same value.
